- Infrastructure Contents: While we host your virtual machine instances, databases, or physical servers, you retain sole ownership of all hosted content, logs, files, and operating systems. Singinn personnel do not access customer-hosted data unless explicitly requested for technical support under NDA.
3. How We Use Data
We utilize the collected information strictly for operational, administrative, and legal purposes, including:
- Providing, maintaining, and billing for Cloud VPS, Bare Metal hosting, Colocation space, and Dedicated servers.
- Processing sign-ins, managing active sessions, and facilitating access to the Client Portal at portal.singinn.in.
- Delivering 24×7 NOC monitoring, resolving technical support requests, and conducting smart hands maintenance.
- Preventing network abuse, conducting DDoS mitigation, blocking volumetric attacks, and securing our Tier III facilities.
- Sending critical notifications regarding service windows, infrastructure maintenance, security advisories, or billing statements.
4. Data Protection
Singinn employs industry-leading security practices to safeguard all client data against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure, or alteration.
- Physical Security: Our Tier III certified data centers are protected by multi-factor biometric authentication, CCTV surveillance, professional security personnel, N+1 precision cooling, and dual active power paths (2N redundancy).
- Network & Encryption: All client communications are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols. Client portal access utilizes industry-standard hashing and security protocols.
- Access Controls: Access to infrastructure and customer account profiles is restricted using role-based access controls (RBAC) and monitored 24×7 by our Network Operations Center (NOC).
5. Storage & Retention
Your account profiles, billing records, and metadata are securely stored in our physical database infrastructure in India. We retain account and billing records for a minimum of 7 years or as dictated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India.
For client-hosted content, virtual servers, and backups: data is stored strictly within the user's selected regional facility (e.g., Mumbai, Singapore, Frankfurt, or New York) and is never moved or replicated to other jurisdictions without your explicit consent.
7. Compliance & Rights
Singinn Data Center complies with major compliance standards including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), and GDPR. Under the regulations, clients have the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Right of Access & Portability: You can request a copy of the personal information stored in your account.
- Right to Rectification: You can modify your account profile or contact information through the client portal.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Upon cancellation of all active subscriptions, you can request full erasure of your account details from our systems, subject to regulatory retention limits.
